Job Summary
Facilities Technician (Part-Time) performs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, custodial, and landscaping maintenance; conducts scheduled preventive maintenance; manages and tracks facilities work orders; responds to alarm systems; assists with moves; conducts weekly van and PPE inventories; completes meeting setup/breakdown; and adheres to safety procedures. Requires minimum three years’ experience, ability to operate hand and power tools, and effective communication. Must be 21+ with MVR and Arizona fingerprint clearance; CPR/First Aid certification. Location: Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years experience in facilities maintenance
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and drywall, carpentry, etc.
- Must be a self-motivated and customer service oriented
- Must communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Must be computer literate
- Must have the ability to work well with ever-changing priorities and situations
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to provide a 39-month MVR to demonstrate a good driving record
- Position requires Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR/First Aid certification
- Preferred: Three to five years’ experience, plus all other Minimum Qualifications
