Job Summary
Monitor venue entry points, backstage, and front-of-house areas to ensure patron safety and enforce policies. Provide guests with accurate event information, assist with seating and wayfinding, and secure restricted areas to prevent unauthorized access. Identify prohibited items or behaviors, maintain clear aisles, and collaborate with management to respond to incidents. Report maintenance issues and assist with emergency evacuations as directed. Interact professionally with artists and performers while working primarily nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must have a flexible schedule and willingness to work primarily nights and weekends, and occasionally holidays, based on event schedules
- Reliable method of communication for scheduling and urgent contact
- Ability to speak and understand English clearly
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions, policies, and procedures
- Ability to deal effectively and courteously with the general public
- Must be able to remain at the assigned position until properly relieved or dismissed
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
