Job Summary
Monitor parking operations and access control for UNC, Duke, Wake Forest, and regional venues like the Lenovo Center to ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. Direct guests to appropriate parking areas, verify access for approved individuals in reserved lots, and deliver superior customer service while maintaining a professional image. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in all weather conditions under the supervision of Event Supervisors and the Director of Operations. This role supports EPI's event staffing across the Southeast region for athletic events, concerts, and special occasions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must display a positive attitude
- Must always maintain a neat and professional image
