Job Summary
Assist with event setup and tear-down at multiple venues, including tables, chairs, décor, and bar supplies. Greet guests, provide directions, answer basic questions, and ensure guest needs are met while maintaining cleanliness and organization of event spaces. Operate event equipment as needed, including AV systems, CD/DVD players, and video equipment. Perform basic housekeeping tasks and report maintenance or safety issues promptly. Support bar setup and close-out procedures when requested. Follow company and venue policies, procedures, and dress code standards. Attend and participate in scheduled training sessions. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Indiana liquor license or willingness to obtain one. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- Work at least 1 shift per quarter to remain on the active roster
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Indiana liquor license
- Willingness to obtain Indiana liquor license
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical activity including standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and move event materials
- Team members must be adaptable and professional

Desired Qualifications
- Prior event or hospitality experience
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn and operate audio-visual and event management systems
