Job Summary
Engage with event attendees at local festivals, home shows, and retail locations to create a positive brand impression and identify homeowners interested in windows or doors. Schedule in-home consultations for the sales team while meeting lead generation goals to earn hourly pay plus uncapped commissions up to $50 per qualified lead. Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays and materials throughout the day. Requires evening and weekend availability, including at least two weekends per month, with a part-time schedule of 10–30 hours weekly. Must be available to work in Franklin, Delaware, and surrounding Greater Columbus, Ohio counties.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- Evening and weekend availability is required.
- Must be available to work at least two weekends per month.
- Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours during events, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to lift and move event materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Reliable transportation to travel to events.
- High school diploma or GED.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus—but not required.
