Part-Time - Event Public Safety Officer

Public Safety Officer responsibilities include securing the arena building and equipment, enforcing access, maintaining order before/during/after events, and being assigned to various posts. Duties cover guest screening with walk-through metal detectors and/or handheld wands, securing restricted areas and parking facilities, patrolling premises, monitoring cameras, responding to and documenting incidents, providing friendly customer service, and performing other duties as assigned. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods, work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and possess strong communication and basic computer skills. Requires 18+ years old, High School diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check, and TN Private Protective Services Unarmed Security Guard license (or ability to obtain).
