Job Summary
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, signage, barricades, and equipment movement before, during, and after sporting events. Support guest check-in, ticketing, credentialing, registration, and information tables while greeting guests, answering questions, and providing directions. Monitor assigned areas for cleanliness, safety, and proper crowd flow, reporting maintenance or operational concerns to supervisors. Help athletes, coaches, officials, vendors, and spectators with competition support, staging areas, awards, and team check-in. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the event. Shifts are event-based and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended days.

- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the event day
- Must be able to lift and carry event materials or equipment as needed up to and exceeding 50lbs
- Must be comfortable working in indoor and outdoor event environments
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in events, sports, hospitality, guest services, concessions, retail, security, recreation, or customer service
- Interest in athletics, live events, facility operations, or sports/event management
- Experience using radios, scanners, registration systems, ticketing systems, or basic event equipment
