Job Summary
Set up, execute, and breakdown pre-game FanFest inflatables, sponsor areas, and interactive spaces before Orlando Magic home games. Manage on-court setup and breakdown, coordinate contestant selection, and oversee related logistics for in-game activations. Interact with fans to promote upcoming games, enforce crowd control guidelines, and maintain a fun, professional environment while representing the brand with an enthusiastic attitude. Prepare props and equipment, sanitize play surfaces, and ensure all displays are operated safely within guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Self-directed
- Demonstrate initiative
- Strong team synergy skills

- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand on feet for 5-6 hours per game
