Job Summary
Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps and transport waste to on-site dumpsters or compactor areas. Walk apartment communities during evening service hours while working independently and adhering to safety procedures. This role involves operating a pickup truck, trailer, or utility van to service communities in the Carrollton area. Shifts run Sunday through Thursday evenings starting at 8:00 PM, with 1 to 4 hours per night depending on community size. Friday and Saturday are off. Compensation ranges from $400 to $1,300 monthly based on community size, including a $500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days. Paid training is provided, and candidates must possess reliable transportation, a valid license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
