Job Summary
Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps and transport waste to on-site dumpsters or compactor areas. Walk apartment communities during service hours while following company policies and safety procedures. Work independently with guaranteed hours on Sunday through Thursday evenings from 8:00 PM, with Friday and Saturday off. Shifts run 1 to 4 hours per night depending on community size. A pickup truck, trailer, or utility van is required, along with a valid license, insurance, and smartphone for communication. Earn between $400 and $1,300 per month based on community size. Paid training is provided, and the role offers opportunities for additional communities and increased earnings.
