Job Summary
Conduct evening dining service for residents and families, presenting a professional demeanor while familiarizing yourself with each resident's preferences. Assist with beverage and food service, pre-bus tables, and reset dining areas with utensils and glassware. Complete daily cleaning duties, set tables, refill condiments, and replenish salad and beverage stations. Support the culinary team with minor preparation, portioning, and plate set-up. Follow all directions from Culinary Directors and managers while maintaining a clean, professional appearance. This part-time evening role includes weekly pay, paid time off, and paid holidays. Candidates must be at least 16 years old, hold a high school diploma, and possess clear communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- at least sixteen (16) years of age
- high school diploma, or equivalent
- read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency
- clear verbal and written communication skills
- able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills if needed
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Professional in appearance and conduct
- Must be criminally cleared
- Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
- Must have dependable transportation
- be able to work varying hours as needed
