Job Summary
Clean commercial buildings in Hampton and Newport News, VA, by sweeping, dusting, mopping, carpet cleaning, stripping/waxing, buffing, and emptying trash. Arrive each evening from 7:00pm to 10:00pm to sanitize surfaces, check tasks off one-by-one, and work independently without interruptions. Maintain high-quality, consistent cleaning standards for clients with 120+ employees across healthcare, construction, and terminal facilities. Pass a background check and pre-employment testing as required.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 4 years of janitorial floor tech experience in commercial or medical facilities
- Ability to pass a background check
- Pre-employment testing
- Self-motivated
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Prefers to be on your feet moving around
- Must be available for evening shifts (Monday to Friday 7:00pm - 10:00pm)
