Job Summary
Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures, including sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, window washing, and dusting. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment while using proper PPE where required. Open and lock facilities, enabling and disabling the security system as needed. This part-time evening role involves constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, and twisting, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. You must differentiate between cleaning products and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked environment. Will provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude, being in uniform, dependable, and on time while treating all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age 18+ years old
- Drug Free Workplace
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude

Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required
