Part-time Evening Concierge (Saturday & Sunday, 3PM-11PM)

Greet incoming guests and residents, answer calls, and transfer inquiries to the appropriate team members. Log and deliver packages, conducting audits to improve efficiency, while handling resident social event planning and coordination. Assist residents with emergencies, requests, and concerns, and coordinate maintenance service requests within 24 hours or immediately for urgent issues. Follow up with residents to confirm satisfaction after maintenance completion. Support the office team with administrative tasks and help maintain community cohesion. This part-time evening shift runs Saturday and Sunday from 3 PM to 11 PM.
