Part-time Evening Concierge (Saturday & Sunday, 3-11PM)

Greet incoming guests and residents, answer calls, and transfer inquiries to the appropriate team members. Log and deliver packages, conduct audits, and coordinate maintenance requests within 24 hours, escalating emergencies per protocol. Assist residents with emergencies, social event planning, and administrative tasks, serving as the primary point of contact for residents and guests during the evening shift. This role requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
