Walk apartment communities during evening service hours, working independently while adhering to company policies and safety procedures. This contractor role involves servicing communities in the Marietta, GA 30067 area from 8:00 PM Sunday through Thursday. Earn between $1,020 and $1,530 per month based on community size, with paid training provided. A pickup truck, trailer, or utility van is required, along with valid license, insurance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
