Part Time Enrolment Specialist (Remote)

Job Summary
Drive enrolment, retention, and conversion rates across existing and new locations by professionally handling enquiries and registrations for all Write Edge services. Manage Open Houses to ensure tight follow-up and service delivery while developing new processes and protocols for student enrolment support. Lead change projects and events to improve customer engagement and recruit new students, collaborating with cross-functional teams to document process maps and optimize Hubspot workflows. Generate regular analytics reports to track efficiency and support decision-making. Commence in September 2026 with minimal weekday and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work minimally one weekday & one weekend
- Able to commence in September 2026
- Proficiency in CRM, Sales and Customer Service
- Tech savvy and proficient with Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Resilience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills, including handling client feedback professionally
- Demonstrates leadership skills and have the ability to drive impact
- Adaptable and strong customer focused approach
- Strong administrative skills, tech-savviness and proficiency with Google Suite
