Job Summary
English Tutor for an after-school program to support K–12 students in reading and writing. Lead structured, small- to mid-sized tutoring sessions, provide modeling and guided practice, monitor progress, and communicate with school staff and Concorde program coordinators. Requires strong English Language Arts skills, experience with school-age learners, and at least 60 college credits (Associate degree or in progress). Part-time schedule (1–4 hours per week) with on-site sessions at partner schools, typically in Sacramento, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 60 college credits (Associate degree or in progress acceptable)
- Strong English Language Arts skills appropriate to assigned grade band
- Experience working with school-age students (teaching, tutoring, camps, after-school programs, etc.)
