Part- time Engagement coordinator (Durham)

Job Summary
Coordinate engagement initiatives, volunteer activities, and community partnerships by managing timelines, communications, materials, and event logistics. Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining project trackers, and supporting the preparation of presentations and reports. Manage event setup, vendor coordination, and day-of logistics for employee events, while traveling to branch locations for on-site support. Provide backup publishing support for internal communications and maintain centralized documentation for all engagement records. Work under the direction of the Engagement Manager to ensure efficient delivery of programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Travel to branch locations and community events as needed to provide on-site support
Desired Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in employee engagement, community engagement, event coordination, volunteer management, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
