Job Summary
Handle employment-based immigration matters including H-1B, PERM Labor Certification, I-140 petitions, and various visa types. Prepare and review petitions and supporting documentation while communicating with corporate clients and foreign national employees. Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with USCIS and DOL regulations, managing case files and deadlines independently. This part-time role offers flexible hours and is located in-office in North Dallas. Competitive compensation is based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in at least one U.S. state
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employment-based immigration law
- Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases independently
