Job Summary
Emergency Services Part Time Mobile Crisis Clinician coordinates with local police and community partners to provide emergency assessments, crisis intervention, referrals, and linkages for individuals in behavioral health crisis. Responsibilities include collecting documents for grants when necessary, co-responding with police during crises, completing risk assessments and safety plans, coordinating referrals to longer-term providers, delivering crisis intervention training to police when needed, and ensuring documentation complies with Thrive, state, and federal regulations. Requires a Master9s degree in a related field and QMHP certification; valid Rhode Island driver9s license. Schedule is Mon-Fri, First Shift, Part Time (20 hours) in Warwick, RI.
Required Qualifications
- Master9s degree in mental health counseling, clinical psychology, social work or other related field required
- QMHP certification required
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance which meets Rhode Island minimum standards required, or the ability to obtain necessary transportation
- Licensure preferred
