Job Summary
Support and guide staff and students regarding social and emotional learning and curriculum. Organize, implement, maintain, and evaluate a comprehensive elementary program while collaborating with teachers, counselors, and parents. Apply theories of learning to daily operations. Hold a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with at least three years of teaching experience, counselor endorsement preferred. Submit a letter of interest, resume, and credentials by the deadline indicated.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate
- Shall be able to support and guide staff and student's with their social and emotional learning and curriculm
- Shall have the leadership ability and skill necessary to organize, implement, maintain, and evaluate a comprehensive elementary program
- Shall have the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, counselors and parents
- Shall have the knowledge of theories of learning
Desired Qualifications
- At least three years of successful teaching experience preferred with a counselor endorsement
