Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, processing returns, and counting change. Support business needs through cross-training in multiple store areas, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and initiating store recovery as required. Uphold merchandising philosophy, maintain sales floor organization, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule from 6am to 12pm, lifting heavy objects, and responding to unexpected situations.
