Job Summary
Assist Lead Teachers and Teachers in classrooms, fill in for their absences, and care for children from birth to five years old. Support meal operations by cooking, prepping, and serving food while providing breaks to staff. Handle physical tasks including bending and lifting up to 50 pounds. Maintain a safe, inclusive environment by following all YMCA policies, abuse prevention procedures, and reporting concerns immediately. Requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Schedule is part-time with a salary range of $11.00 to $14.00 per hour.
