Job Summary
Leasing Specialist responsibilities include conducting property tours and presenting apartment homes professionally; responding to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries; following up with prospects to convert leads into leases; processing rental applications and preparing lease documents; maintaining leasing records and prospect traffic logs; supporting marketing initiatives and office operations; assisting with move-in and renewal processes; delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects; promoting resident retention and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience: Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
