Job Summary
Support people with identified needs through person-centered care by building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily living activities like personal care and meals, and advocating for their rights and preferences. Monitor health and well-being while reporting changes, and facilitate community involvement and independent living skills. Complete required documentation, participate in training and team meetings, and maintain a valid driver's license for transportation. Work part-time day and evening shifts in a residential group home setting. Eligible for a $2,500 hiring bonus upon six months of consistent employment.
Required Qualifications
