Job Summary
Provide Direct Support Professional (DSP) care in a residential group home setting (up to 4 residents). Build meaningful relationships, offer guidance, encouragement, and support; assist with daily living activities (personal care, hygiene, meals, household tasks, transportation); promote community involvement and independence; advocate for rights and preferences; monitor health and well-being and report changes; complete documentation and participate in training and team meetings. No prior experience or formal education required—we provide training and ongoing support. Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, be able to pass a DHS background check, and communicate in English. On-site role in Faribault, MN.
