Job Summary
Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver in Williamsport, PA area. Provide hands-on support for individuals with IDD, assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support, and help clients live independently. Responsibilities include building positive relationships, meal preparation, hygiene, household tasks, facilitating learning and communication with adaptive tools, promoting independence, monitoring health and safety, documenting and scheduling, and completing ongoing training. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, pass background checks, and be comfortable addressing personal care needs. Paid onboarding/training, $20-$25 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus (paid in installments). Flexible schedules (including part-time and potential full-time opportunities), weekly pay, opportunities for advancement, and comprehensive benefits based on hours worked.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
- Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required – paid training and support provided
