Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver for individuals with IDD in the Williamsport/Muncy, PA area. Responsibilities include providing hands-on support with ADLs, helping with meal preparation and hygiene, facilitating community participation and social activities, supporting employment goals, using adaptive tools to aid learning and communication, monitoring health and safety, documenting activities, and participating in ongoing training. Flexible schedules with part-time opportunities, weekly pay, paid onboarding/training, and opportunities for advancement. Signing bonus of $1,000 paid in installments when averaging 20+ hours/week. Requires 18+, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background checks; prior experience with disabilities not required due to paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
- Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
- Lifting may be required, depending on client needs
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required — we provide paid training and support
