Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides hands-on caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD, assisting with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. Responsibilities include building positive relationships, supporting daily living activities (meal prep, hygiene, household tasks), facilitating community participation and employment, using adaptive tools to aid learning and communication, promoting independence, monitoring health and safety, communicating with team and families, and completing documentation and ongoing training. Flexible schedules with paid onboarding/training, weekly pay, signing bonus, advancement opportunities, and comprehensive benefits are available. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license with insurance and reliable transportation, be able to pass background checks, and be willing to address personal care needs; lifting may be required.
