Job Summary
Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver in the Lebanon, PA area providing hands-on care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks; supporting community participation, employment, and social activities; using adaptive tools to aid learning and communication; monitoring health and safety; maintaining schedules and documentation; participating in ongoing training and professional development; and collaborating with the Abound Health team, families, and case managers. No prior experience with disabilities is required as paid training is provided. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation

- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required — paid training and support provided
