Job Summary
Part-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver in Lebanon, PA. Responsibilities include building positive relationships, assisting with daily living activities (meal prep, hygiene, household tasks), supporting community participation and employment, using adaptive tools for communication, encouraging independence, monitoring health and safety, coordinating with teams and case managers, and completing documentation and ongoing training. Compensation includes $20-$25/hour plus a $1,000 signing bonus (paid in installments for 20+ hours/week), paid onboarding/training, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement. Requires 18+, valid driver�s license and insurance, ability to pass background checks, and willingness to address personal care needs; lifting may be required. Flexible schedules with both full-time and part-time opportunities; benefits eligible based on hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver�s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
