Job Summary
Build meaningful relationships while providing guidance, encouragement, and support to individuals with identified needs. Assist with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, meals, household support, and transportation. Support community involvement, social connections, and independent living skills while advocating for rights and preferences. Monitor health and well-being to report changes as needed. Complete required documentation and participate in team meetings within a residential group home setting. Work 30+ hours weekly with access to medical, dental, and 403(b) benefits. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write in English
- A valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check
- Ability to pass a DHS background check
