Job Summary
Part Time Driver Trainee at Keystone Cooperative involved in operating tender trucks to provide product, general lot and grounds maintenance, safety compliance, equipment maintenance, and documentation. Responsibilities include assisting with inbound/outbound agronomy products, measuring inventory of dry fertilizer and chemicals, and supporting applicators; requires strong communication, time management, and a customer-service mindset. Required Qualifications
- Class A or B CDL preferred, or ability to obtain Ag CDL
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment skills
- Must have a high sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and team player attitude
- Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons
- Territory and agriculture knowledge is a plus
- Hazmat endorsement a plus
- Acceptable driving history
- Lift 40+lbs unassisted
