Job Summary
Deliver transportation services enabling residents to remain mobile and spontaneous while respecting individual autonomy. Generate resident excitement by planning, organizing, and executing daily events and adventures. Transport residents to medical appointments, shopping, and other locations while tracking schedules in Cubigo. Complete daily bus and passenger vehicle safety checks, maintain accurate safety documentation, and keep vehicles meticulously clean. Assure preventative maintenance procedures are completed per schedule and immediately report any mechanical or safety issues to leadership. Maintain a COVID-safe environment by ensuring all team members and residents are fully vaccinated or eligible for reasonable accommodation.
Required Qualifications
- 25 years of age or older
- current and valid California commercial driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of driving a bus or commercial vehicle
- Comfortable working with and supporting seniors in the use of technology
- Experience or interest in interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work Friday & Saturday, 8:30am - 5pm
