Job Summary
Deliver merchandise to local Nike stores in a timely, safe, and lawful manner; receive daily freight shipments; replenish store inventory by picking and loading items; prepare merchandise for sales floors by pricing, hanging, folding, and sensoring; process transfers to various locations; and communicate via telephone with served stores. Work part-time 14–29 hours weekly including nights and weekends. Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean history and lift up to 50 lbs. This role is based at the Nike Service Center in Newburgh, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend and stand during entire shift
- Ability to communicate effectively with teammates in person and via telephone
- Good basic reading, writing, and counting skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail skill
- Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency with little to no supervision
- Ability to motivate yourself and others to meet goals
- Shipping and receiving experience within a retail or warehouse
- Must be at least 18 (U.S)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on service center needs
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating or driving a 26 foot box truck or similar vehicle
- Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
