Job Summary
This part-time Driver I position involves the safe moving, staging, and parking of vehicles on Auction property. You will drive vehicles to and from Auction lots and customer businesses, and navigate designated sale lanes during Auction sale days. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Auction safety rules, assisting in vehicle operation, alerting supervisors regarding inoperative vehicles, and providing assistance to customers and coworkers. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to stand, walk, and lift light weights, along with strong vision capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to walk long distances
- Ability to lift 1-15 pounds
- Vision abilities include close, distance and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission
- Previous auction experience
Additional Requirements
- Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
