Job Summary
Part-time driver in Phoenix area using your own car to transport patients to non-emergency medical appointments. Drive daytime (roughly 6:00 AM–6:00 PM) with flexible hours, pick up members at scheduled locations, drop them off at appointments, and receive weekly pay with Direct Deposits. Requirements include minimum 21 years old, at least 3 years of US driving history, clean driving record (no more than two moving violations or accidents in the past 3 years), valid license, ability to pass a background check, valid insurance and registration, a 4-door vehicle from 2006 or newer, and a smartphone.
