Part-Time Doorstep Waste Removal

Part-time doorstep valet trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. Responsibilities include nightly collection of bagged trash/recycling using the assigned tote or cart, operating the Trash Butler field app for check-in/out and reporting, safely transporting collected waste with an open-bed pickup truck or cart and disposing of it in on-site dumpsters or chutes, performing additional duties such as porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, and light community cleanliness tasks, maintaining daily communication with a supervisor to ensure an efficient workflow, working quietly to minimize noise for residents, and adhering to the company’s core values. Training is provided, and duties may expand to other assigned tasks. Minimum requirements include lifting up to 25 lbs, climbing stairs, outdoor work in varied weather, owning an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties), valid driver’s license and auto insurance, a cell phone to use the company app, self-motivation and reliability, ability to work independently, and high school diploma or equivalent.
