Job Summary
Conduct nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection across multifamily communities using assigned totes or carts. Safely transport collected waste to on-site dumpsters, compactors, or chute rooms while utilizing the company field app for timekeeping and reporting. Perform additional services as needed, including porter duties, bulk hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, and compactor clean-up. Maintain daily communication with supervisors to ensure streamlined workflows, work quietly to minimize resident disturbance, and adhere to core values. Own an open-bed pickup truck with a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Available Sunday through Thursday evenings from 7:00 PM until finished, with an average shift of 2-3 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Climb stairs in apartment buildings.
- Work outdoors and be exposed to various weather conditions.
- Own an open bed pick-up truck
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver on the insurance
- Have a cell phone (Smart Phone)
- Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability
- Ability to work independently
- Work efficiently without sacrificing the quality of service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Offer of employment is contingent upon the candidate successfully passing a pre-employment criminal background check and clean driving history
