Job Summary
Part-time role as a doorstep trash/recycling porter for Butler Plus. You will be the face of nightly doorstep valet trash services in multifamily communities, collecting bagged trash from resident doorsteps using an assigned tote/cart, and transporting it to on-site dumpsters or chutes. Duties may include porter services, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, and light community-cleanliness tasks. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather. You’ll use the company app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting, communicate with your supervisor daily, and work Sundays through Thursdays starting at 7:00pm for 1 to 1.5 hours. Training is provided; a monthly wage of $900 (paid semi-monthly) is offered, with referral incentive programs and next-day pay options. Employment is contingent on a pre-employment background check and clean driving history. E-Verify and Right to Work participation are noted.
Required Qualifications

- Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
