Job Summary
Nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities, using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and the Trash Butler field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting. May perform additional duties such as porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, and light community cleanliness tasks. Training provided. Maintain clear communication with supervisor/manager, work quietly to minimize noise for residents, and follow core values. Position available Sunday through Thursday evenings, approximately 3 hours per shift starting at 8:00pm. Pre-employment background check and driving history review required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver
- Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Customer service experience is a plus
