Job Summary
Part-time doorstep valet trash collection for multifamily communities, with evening shifts (Sunday through Thursday) from 8:00pm until approximately 3 hours of work. Responsibilities include nightly trash/recycling collection, using assigned totes or carts, and reporting via Trash Butler field app; transport waste using an open-bed pickup truck or cart; may perform porter services, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, and light community cleanliness tasks. Maintain communication with supervisor, work quietly to minimize disturbance, and adhere to core company values. Training provided; pay is $65 per day with semi-monthly pay, plus referral/incentive programs and next-day pay option. Requires outdoor work, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance; HS diploma or equivalent preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties)

- Work outdoors and be exposed to various weather conditions
