Job Summary
Part-time doorstep valet trash/removal role at Butler Plus serving multifamily communities. Responsibilities include nightly trash/recycling collection using the assigned tote/cart, operating the Trash Butler field app for timekeeping/check-in/out, safely transporting trash with an open-bed pickup truck or cart, and performing additional services such as porter work, bulk-item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, and light community cleanliness tasks. Maintain daily communication with supervisor, minimize noise for residents, adhere to core values, and perform other duties as assigned. Work Sundays through Thursdays evenings from 8:00pm until completion (roughly 2–2.5 hours). Pay is $1,400 per month (semi-monthly), with incentive programs and next-day pay option. Training provided; education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties)
- Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver on the insurance (mandatory for properties requiring a truck)
