Job Summary
Conduct nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection across multifamily communities using assigned totes or carts and the company field app. Safely transport collected waste to on-site dumpsters, compactors, or chute rooms while performing additional services such as porter duties, bulk hauling, pet station waste removal, and pressure washing. Maintain daily communication with supervisors to ensure streamlined workflows and minimize noise to avoid resident disturbance. Own an open-bed pickup truck with a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and possess a smartphone for app usage. Available Sunday through Thursday evenings from 7:00 PM until finished.
Required Qualifications
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Climb stairs in apartment buildings.
- Work outdoors and be exposed to various weather conditions.
- Own an open bed pick-up truck.
- Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver on the insurance.
- Have a cell phone (Smart Phone) to download and use the company's app.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability.
- Ability to work independently.
- Work efficiently without sacrificing the quality of service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Offer of employment is contingent upon the candidate successfully passing a pre-employment criminal background check and clean driving history.
