Job Summary
Conduct nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection using assigned totes or carts, transporting waste to on-site dumpsters, compactors, or chute rooms. Utilize the Trash Butler field app for timekeeping, check-ins, and reporting. Perform additional services including porter duties, bulk hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, and compactor clean-up as needed. Maintain daily communication with supervisors to ensure efficient workflows while working quietly to minimize resident disturbance. Own an open-bed pickup truck with a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Available Sunday through Thursday evenings from 8:00 PM until finished.
Required Qualifications
- Lift up to 25 lbs.
- Climb stairs in apartment buildings.
- Work outdoors and be exposed to various weather conditions.
- Own an open bed pick-up truck.
- Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver on the insurance.
- Have a cell phone (Smart Phone) to download and use the company's app.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability.
- Ability to work independently.
- Work efficiently without sacrificing the quality of service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Offer of employment is contingent upon the candidate successfully passing a pre-employment criminal background check and clean driving history.
