Job Summary
Part-Time doorstep valet trash/removal role supporting multifamily communities. Responsibilities include nightly trash/recycling collection, using an assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps, and safely transporting waste via open-bed pickup truck or cart to on-site dumpsters. Use the Trash Butler field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting. Perform additional services as needed (porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, compactor clean-up, and light community cleanliness tasks). Maintain daily communication with a supervisor to ensure efficient workflow, and work quietly to minimize disturbance to residents. Requires outdoor work, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, ability to climb stairs, and possession of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Training is provided. Available Sunday through Thursday evenings, approximately 2–3 hours starting at 8:00pm. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver
- Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties)
- Cell phone (smartphone) to download and use the company's app
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs
- Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently
- Experience in customer service is a plus
