Job Summary
Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor, walking communities and climbing stairs to keep areas clean. Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos as needed. No long-distance driving or bulk item collection is required. This part-time role offers a consistent evening schedule of 10–15+ hours per week, typically Sunday through Thursday starting after 7:00 or 8:00 PM. Pay rates range from $16 to $19 per hour depending on vehicle type.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app
- Willingness to receive SMS/text communications throughout the pre-employment process and employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances
- Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
