Job Summary
Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor. Walk apartment communities, climb stairs, and work outdoors to keep neighborhoods clean and welcoming. Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos as needed. No long-distance driving or off-site dumping required. Shifts run Sunday through Thursday starting after 7:00 or 8:00 PM, with a typical schedule of 10–15+ hours per week. Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour depending on vehicle type. You must be 18+, have a smartphone with data, and possess a valid driver's license. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs while working in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app
- Willingness to receive SMS/text communications throughout the pre-employment process and employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances
- Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
