Job Summary
Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor. Walk apartment communities, climb stairs, and work outdoors to keep residents' areas clean. Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos as needed. No long-distance driving or bulk item collection. Schedule runs Sunday through Thursday after 7:00 or 8:00 PM, typically 10–15+ hours weekly. Pay ranges from $16 to $19 per hour depending on vehicle type. Must be 18+, have a smartphone, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app
- Willingness to receive SMS/text communications throughout the pre-employment process and employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances
- Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
